staying healthy


This is a great site that I just found and like.  You can see how many pounds you can lose doing different exercises.  You can see how many calories to burn doing different things at a gym or at home.  You must look at it and tell me what you think.  There are many other features that are there at the left hand side toolbar with many other options to choose from.

Let’s focus on keeping our bodies in good health as well!
