This is from my brother in Christ, Muzaffar, who is serving as a missionary for Campus Crusade for Christ, in Kyrgyzstan.
Hello dearest family,
Thank you for your participation in my ministry. I appreciate you.
After when we have watching a “Jesus” movie I asked them some questions about movie and also asked do they prayed and invited Christ into their lives. They told – yes.
Praise the Lord! It’s really big joy to see when people accepting Christ as the Lord and Savior.
Now we are going through follow up lessons with them. Emrah and Erkin are coming to our bible study group. Emrah made copy of “Jesus” movie and wants to show to his friends.
In May 15 they are leaving to Turkey for summer vacation and will come back to Osh in September.
I would like to ask you to pray for Emrah and Erkin:
- Spiritual growth.
- We could finish follow up lessons till May 15.
- The Lord protection for them.
Our organization is sending me for media conference which takes place in Cairo Egypt from May 6-22. The conference about how to make Christian programs (Directing- Writing- Lights and Camera- Editing). I really want to learn more about it. I’m exciting about this trip.
Please, pray that the conference would be useful for me.
Couple weeks ago our campus ministry coordinator is asked me lead our team.
Now I’m praying for Gods will about it. I do not do that if it is not Gods will, because once I gave it up. I need in your prayers and open for any advice from you.
Please, pray that the Lord guide me and shows His will.
Please pray also for our team: unity, health and deeply walking with the Lord.
Serving with you,
Muzaffar.
national day of prayer

Today marks the “National Day of Prayer” and I like having this day for our country. But, keep in mind that this should not be the only day you pray, pray Everyday!!
Let’s continue to keep our troops around the world in our prayers, let’s keep our country and all our leaders in our prayers and let’s pray for unity in the Body of Christ. I find that the things that divide us tend to be issues outside of the most important things in Christianity. What really counts is like what Paul says, “I resolved to know nothing, but Jesus Christ and Him crucified” Let’s celebrate this day and Praise God that our salvation is secure in Jesus and in no other. For this should give us joy and peace.
Pray for your companies that you work for. Pray for your families and friends and your local church. Pray for our next President and for the future of our children that are growing up.
I will pray for these things and more. “But I am a man of prayer” Psalm 109:4b
